Not only that, but the product quality itself was disappointing. Several items had buttons that were hard to press or malfunctioning altogether, indicating a lack of proper quality control.
When I tried to address these issues with the supplier, their customer service was anything but helpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they were pushy and defensive, trying to convince me that the problems weren't their fault.
In the end, I had no choice but to turn to Alibaba for assistance, and thankfully, they provided compensation for the poor quality products I received.
